CONDUCT OF BUSINESS AT HIGH COURT

As any high court in this country, Delhi High Court has its own set of rules, procedures and set out conduct for the advocates and anyone approaching the bench. The High Court has laid down additional rules to be followed for any mind being argued in the Hon’ble Court. These rules have to be complied with in addition to the procedural legislations available in this country. Our lawyers are well versed with all the implicit and explicit rules and conduct to be followed and maintained in the Court premises and while making pleading and making arguments and seeking relief from the court. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing obligation, an advocate shall fearlessly uphold the interests of his client, and in his conduct conform to the rules hereinafter mentioned both in letter and in spirit and our team is proud to be ones fulfilling that.
